About Our Jewellery

Is your jewellery real gold?

Yes — every piece is solid 14K or 18K gold. Not gold-plated, not gold-filled, not vermeil. Solid gold all the way through. This means it will not tarnish, fade, or wear off over time, no matter how often you wear it.

What is the difference between 14K and 18K gold?

Both are solid gold — the difference is purity and appearance. 18K gold contains 75% pure gold, giving it a richer, warmer colour. 14K gold contains 58.5% pure gold and is slightly more durable, making it ideal for everyday wear. If you are looking for the most luxurious look, go with 18K. If you want something built to handle daily life, 14K is an excellent choice.

Will my jewellery tarnish, fade, or turn my skin green?

No. Solid gold does not tarnish, fade, or cause skin discolouration — that only happens with plated jewellery, where a thin gold layer wears off over time. Because our pieces are solid gold through and through, your jewellery will look exactly the same years from now as it does on the day it arrives.

Can I wear my jewellery in the shower, pool, or while sleeping?

Showering and sleeping in solid gold is completely safe — in fact, many of our customers never take their pieces off. We do recommend avoiding chlorinated pools and harsh chemical products such as bleach or strong perfumes, as these can dull the surface over time. A quick wipe with a soft cloth is all you need to restore the shine.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes. We work with clients on fully bespoke commissions — from concept to finished piece, entirely handcrafted in our atelier. If you have an idea, a sketch, or simply a feeling you want to capture in gold, reach out to us at support@meowella.com and we will discuss what is possible.

Orders & Shipping

Where are your pieces made?

Every Meowella piece is handcrafted from start to finish in our atelier at SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE. We handle everything in-house — from the initial 3D design and mould-making to casting, polishing, assembly, and packaging. Nothing is outsourced.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Arab Emirates: 1–2 business days
  • International: 5–7 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us at support@meowella.com before placing your order.

Does every order come gift-wrapped?

Yes. Every Meowella order is gift-wrapped by default at no extra charge — ready to give the moment it arrives. No additional packaging is needed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer 14-day returns on all unworn pieces returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at support@meowella.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the process.

Please note that customised or personalised pieces are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately at support@meowella.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible — whether that means a replacement, a repair, or a full refund.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

A full size guide is linked directly from every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. If you are still unsure, reach out to us before ordering and we will help you find the right size.
